New language test

I've just created a test to weigh a potential target language against all relevant factors. If your score is less than 10, your target language is perhaps not the best choice. — Malcolm (how-to-learn-any-language.com forums)

The test was adapted to HTML by reltuk (how-to-learn-any-language.com forums).
Any errors in it are most likely the result of his ignorance or carelessness.

How many high quality language learning materials are available to you in your target language?
